Thinking as it is an original battery and it might be coming to end of life. So I decided to spend £125 on the new battery from Halford. Jul 15, 2014 · SOLVED Poor radio reception abarth fiat 500. the black aerial stalk on the roof screws in. turn it anticlockwise and you can screw it off. screw it back in.. and make sure its all the way back in. mine was able to go another half turn. this made the connection much tighter and now the reception is perfect. enjoy. When I start my car the radio won't turn on right away, the standby button just flashes red. Usually after about 10 minutes of driving it'll finally turn on and all the functions work perfectly. .
